1. How do I make a reservation?
|
|
From our home page, please enter ARRIVAL date, NUMBER OF nights, and number of adults, children and
infants. Them press SEARCH. All apartments that are available will come up.
|
|
2. How do I pay for the booking?
|
CREDIT CARD - The most common and convenient way to pay for your reservation is by CREDIT CARD.
BANK TRANSFER - You can also pay by BANK TRANSFER. These 2 options will appear when you make your reservation.
As soon as you make the reservation, we will charge 10% of the total amount. The Balance will be charged 15 days prior to arrival.

3. What is your CANCELLATION POLICY?
|
|
As soon as you make your reservation, we will charge 10% of the total amount of the reservation and is non-refundable.
If you CANCEL your reservation more than 15 days before arrival, there will be no extra charges.
If you CANCEL your reservation less than 15 days before arrival, 100% of the total will be charged.

4. How do I collect my keys?
|
|
As soon as you make a reservation, we will send you arrival instructions and contact
details. We will meet you at your apartment when you arrive, no matter what time.
|
|
5. Do I need to bring sheets and towels ?
|
|
No. Sheets and towels are provided. All beds will be made up upon arrival and towels will
be given to all guests.
Body sopa and shampoo are also provided as well as hygenic toilet paper.

6. EARLY CHECK IN - LATE CHECK OUT
|
If your apartment is empty on the day you arrive, we always try to have it ready the day
before you arrive. We can not guarantee an early check in but we will always try to help.
We often do not know if someone is checkin out of your apartment on the day you arrive
until 2 or 3 days before arrival. If you need an early check in, please send us an

LATE CHECK OUT. If you need a LATE CHECK OUT, we will try to organize on the day you arrive.

7. Can we pay in CASH upon arival ?
|
|
Please send us an email res@citycenterapartments.com and we will try to organize a cash payment.
You can use a credit card which we can pre-authorize in advance and then pay in cash upon arrive
if you want.
